Our regular office hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and
Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Your dentist will probably help
arrange the appointment and send any relevant information to our
office. For help after hours and on weekends, you can reach Dr.
Kirsch by paging him at 1-877-240-3685. He will return your call
ASAP.

If there is an urgent problem, and
you are currently a patient of record, please call our office at
(863) 382-8878 and we will accommodate you as soon as possible. If
the office is closed, you will be given specific instructions on how
to obtain emergency advice or care.

Confirmed appointments that are
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a broken
appointment fee. Your appointment time is especially reserved for
you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us as much
advance notice as possible.

We believe very strongly that you
should be completely informed concerning your condition and all
treatment options. We have a large number of patient education
brochures on most periodontal procedures.

Our goal is to provide periodontal
treatment in a warm and caring environment. We understand financial
pressures and our treatment recommendations tend to be conservative
whenever possible. We also strive to make treatment affordable by
keeping our fees reasonable and providing a variety of financial
options.

As a courtesy to our patients, we
will assist patients by filing claims with their insurance carriers.
All filings are submitted in accordance with ADA standards to
provide accurate claims reporting. We believe in working with our
patients so that they are able to receive the treatment necessary.

To make your periodontic experience as convenient
and simple as possible, we offer a variety of payment options:
-
Cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
-
Outside financial lending companies (flexible
monthly payment plans with acceptable credit information - ask for
details.)

We take patient safety very
seriously and adhere to the highest professional standards of
cleanliness, sterilization, and radiation control. Our staff
regularly attend safety seminars and are quite knowledgeable on the
latest techniques of patient safety.

Patients with certain medical
conditions (e.g. valvular heart conditions and artificial joints)
may be asked to pre-medicate with antibiotics prior to treatment. We
do this with your safety in mind. Please inform us if you have a
condition that might need pre-medication.

After treatment, home care and
medication instructions will be thoroughly explained. For your
convenience you will also be given printed instructions. Of course,
we are always available for questions after treatment.

We go to extraordinary lengths to
ensure our patients are as comfortable as possible during dental
procedures. Please see the Procedures Page
for more information on this.

Your comments and suggestions help
us to maintain our high quality of service. Also, if you would like
to tell other patients of your satisfaction or know of someone you
would like to recommend to our office, we would be most thankful.
