Danyle brings over 27 years of experience to the dental profession and has been a dedicated and trusted member of the field, working alongside Dr. Kirsch since 2002. She holds Radiology and Expanded Functions Certificates from the University of Florida and an A.S. Degree in Office Technology from South Florida State College. Her extensive background includes both chair-side assisting and managing front office operations. A Highlands County native, Danyle enjoys cooking, gardening, shopping, and cheering for her favorite football and NASCAR teams. She treasures spending time with her husband and daughter.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Jesmary relocated to Sebring, Florida in 2002, bringing with her a strong sense of family, faith, and culture. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she began her professional journey in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for helping others. In 2018, she joined Heartland Periodontics, bringing with her years of healthcare experience, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to patient service. Her bilingual skills and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to both the team and the diverse patient population the practice serves.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two beautiful children. Whether it’s riding ATVs together in the great outdoors or cheering on her husband at the racetrack, family time is always a priority. Deeply rooted in her faith, she lives a life centered on God and family.

Stephanie brings over 25 years of expertise as a dental hygienist to Heartland Periodontics, earning her RDH from Valencia State College. Passionate about providing exceptional patient care, she enjoys keeping patients comfortable and well-informed during their visits. Stephanie loves traveling, soaking up the sunshine at the beach, and cherishing moments with her family - her husband, two children, and daughter-in-law. As a proud member of the American Dental Hygienist Association, she is committed to ongoing professional growth and excellence.

Debbie has over 35 years’ experience in the dental field having worked in all phases of dentistry – both general and specialized. She obtained her National Certification in Dental Assisting in 1983 working chairside in general dentistry for many years before obtaining her National and State Board Certifications in Dental Hygiene in 1989. Debbie has been a member of Heartland Periodontics since 1998, and with that she has expanded her duties to also include Health and Safety Officer. She is dedicated to providing patients with the highest level of care to maintain their oral health, staying up to date on innovations and technological advances that improve patient’s care.

She provides the dental team with OSHA and Infections control training and Implementation of HIPAA compliance practices. She is a 20+ year member of the American Dental Hygienist Association.

With over 25 years in dentistry, Tammy has brought exceptional expertise to Heartland Periodontics since joining Dr. Kirsch’s team in 2000. She earned her EFDA from DATs in Sebring and achieved her CDA certification in 2015. She loves outdoor adventures, especially airboating and exploring Jeep trails. Tammy also enjoys caring for her lively chickens and her cherished cat. Her welcoming spirit and extensive experience greatly enhance patient comfort and trust.

With over 12 years of dental experience, Sam has been a valued member of Dr. Kirsch’s team since 2013. She earned her Dental Assisting Expanded Functions Certificate from Concorde Career Institute, where she was honored with the Team Player Award. She earned her Certified Dental Assistant certificate with the Dental Assisting National Board in 2015.

Born and raised in Florida, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their beloved dogs. Whether she’s fishing, boating, or simply soaking up Florida’s natural beauty, she embodies the sunny spirit of the Sunshine State. Her dedication to patient care and joyful energy make her an essential part of the Heartland Periodontics team .

Jennie, a certified dental assistant since 2018, earned her CDA from South Florida State College and brings energy and enthusiasm to Heartland Periodontics. A proud mom, Jennie enjoys spending her free time exploring new cuisines, listening to music, dancing, and perfecting her makeup artistry skills. Recently, she discovered a newfound passion for running. Deeply grounded in faith and family values, Jennie brings warmth and compassion to every patient interaction.

Barbara brings an impressive 50+ years of experience in dentistry to Heartland Periodontics. Now semi-retired, she thoroughly enjoys her time at the practice, continuing to share her extensive knowledge and warm personality with patients and staff alike. Barbara cherishes her family, spending quality moments with her four granddaughters and one great-granddaughter. In her leisure time, she loves traveling to new places and creating beautiful memories through scrapbooking.
