Insurance Policy
Heartland Periodontics is not contracted (out-of-network) with dental insurance carriers. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy, we submit dental claims to your insurance carrier for reimbursement back to the patient. Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your dental insurance benefits.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We deeply value your time and strive to provide you with the highest level of care during each scheduled appointment. In return, we also ask that you honor the time we reserve exclusively for you. This mutual respect ensures that all patients receive timely and uninterrupted care, and allows our team to manage schedules effectively. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you provide 24 hours notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient in need.
If you do not call or fail to show for your scheduled appointment, you may be required to pre-pay for future appointments before they can be rescheduled. This policy helps us respect the time of all our patients and ensures we can continue to provide timely care to everyone.
